The Financial Framework Partnership Agreement was signed by the ESA Director General Josef Aschbacher alongside Thierry Breton, European Commissioner for Internal Market; Timo Pesonen, Director General for DG DEFIS; Manuel Heitor, Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education of Portugal; and Rodrigo Da Costa, EUSPA Executive Director.
